ORDERS

Orders can be placed by e-mail, fax or phone (see contact information below). I don’t have a shopping cart on my website so you can have complete flexibility with gift wrapping, where things are shipped and any questions you may have about a product.

If you are placing an order by e-mail please send me the following: the item(s) you would like, your name, address, phone number and credit card number and expiration date - if you aren’t comfortable e-mailing credit card details I can e-mail you a Paypal invoice or you can call with the information.

If the item is a gift please let me know if it’s for a boy, a girl or if the gender is unknown; what you’d like written on the card; and the name and address of where it’s going (if it’s going to a different address than yours).

I do fabulous gift wrapping that is no extra charge and can ship almost anywhere.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

I’m more than happy to ship anywhere in the world. I’m one of the few who does. I do so because I know the frustration in wanting a fabulous product, but not having it available where you live. Problem solved - order it from Cocoa Crayon.

SHIPPING

Domestic packages are sent via UPS Ground (1 to 5 days depending on where you live) unless you would like it faster or only have a PO Box address. I don’t up-charge shipping costs at all. Costs are based on weight and size.

Packages shipped internationally are sent through the post office using insured, first class air (4-10 days). If you would like to know what the shipping cost will be, please ask.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS

Life’s too short to clutter our homes with things that just don’t work for us. So, whether you’ve bought something for yourself or received a gift, if the item is not going to work for you please let me know. Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

If you have received a gift and would like to return it for a credit or exchange, please contact me by phone or e-mail (see details above) to receive return address. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number and e-mail. If you know what you would like in it's place, that information can be detailed in a note as well. If you would like a credit note it will be e-mailed to you immediately upon receipt of the merchandise.
